Foreword by

One Hundred Years and Counting is a part family and part corporate history with a goal to pay tribute to the early family pioneers who were hard working, dedicated and persevered through many challenges to create a family legacy.

This book is divided into two main parts. The first half of the book traces the family’s rich history, including immigrations from Ireland and England to Canada, migration out west in search of gold and a better life, and land ownership in the BC Cariboo. The corporate section of the book provides a snapshot of how the family companies operated and gives a birds-eye-view of the credit industry and how it has evolved over time.
